In settings, press down once and select “common settings”. Scroll all the way down and select “network settings” and select “enable network cache” to uncheck. Press back button twice to get back in the settings. Select “Profiles” and press down to select the first profile. Select “STB Configuration” in profile setting. Select “Screen Resolution” and set to “Auto” Select “Device ID” and check “Use MAC-based device ID” to secure your MAC address. Scroll all the way down to select “Reset Device ID to default value” select “Ok” to confirm. Done. Press all the way back to the app main screen to continue watching.
