Everything you need to know about JoeTV, your subscription, compatible
devices and getting started.
IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television. It uses a
broadband internet connection to deliver television content and
is widely used in modern TV telecommunications.
Most IPTV servers and streams use modern video compression
technology. While an individual stream may use around 8 Mbps, we
recommend approximately 30 Mbps or more for HD viewing,
depending on other network traffic and how many devices are
connected.
You need a compatible streaming device to access IPTV. Devices
may include MAG boxes, Android boxes, Smart TVs and other
supported hardware using a compatible IPTV application.
Supported devices may include Infomir MAG boxes, Android boxes,
Android and iOS smartphones, Apple TV, selected Smart TVs,
laptops, tablets and other compatible streaming devices.
IPTV can provide a convenient and cost-effective way to access
television channels and video-on-demand content through an
internet connection.
Each TV or device should have its own subscription unless your
selected plan specifically supports multiple simultaneous
connections. Using one single-device subscription on multiple
devices at the same time may cause account issues.
Buffering can be caused by internet speed, network congestion,
temporary server maintenance or device issues. Before contacting
support, try unplugging your router and streaming device for
around 30 seconds. Power the router back on, wait for the
internet connection to return, then restart your device.
